Lighting customization

Step 1. Send us a picture
You send us a picture of the required chandelier you found online or a drawing.

Step 2. Quote price
We check estimated price for your reference to see if it is within your budget.

Step 3. Make shop drawing
If you decide to proceed after evaluating the offer, you pay a little fee and we make a shop drawing for your approval. The drawing fee will be used as part of the advance payment of the order.

Step 4. Check material sample
After confirming the drawing, if you want to see the sample of materials to be used, we can prepare and send to you. Usually you just need to pay the freight cost. Sometimes there may be charge for sample material as well in special cases.

Step 5. Place order
You pay the full advance payment (30% of total value) to have production started after confirmation of all details.
